Had a concern after first service. Contacted the company who listened and said they would make it right. Within an hour another Technician arrived and corrected the issue at the companies expense. Both technicians were wonderful-Gilbert and Mike. So refreshing to have a business that still believes in costumer satisfaction! We highly reccomend Precision!

My garage door sounded like it was about to tear itself off the wall. A home warranty service provider had installed the wrong (too “strong”) spring, so Billy put on the right size. Then he replaced the clunky cheap metal rollers with nice quiet ones, realigned the post (the bar going from the motor to the door). It works like a champ now and is much quitter. Very pleased.
