1st of all I liked that you don’t charge extra for Saturday service calls. Billy McCarthy was our tech very nice man came on Saturday saw right away what problem was but he didn’t have parts on his truck to do repair he said he could go back to the shop and get what he needed I thought that was great for him to offer but it was late in the day and I didn’t need the garage over the weekend. He came back Monday morning had everything replaced in about an hour. I would recommend you folks to friends of mine you definitely get 5 stars for your service. Oh I chose your company because you were listed first when I googled garage door companies plus very good reviews and coming on the weekend for no extra charge.

Wife accidentally backed up on door, door jammed, trapped car inside on a very unusually cold winter week in North Florida. Called in for work order, Precision tried to send someone the soonest which was the next day. This is our first time to be serviced by Precision and we believe we are going to stay with these guys for future needs. Great job, great service, fair price. Precision is now bookmarked in our computer and now becomes a part of our Home Maintenance File. Thanks to Billy McCarthy!

Precise with his analyses of the issue with my door and willingly explained the cause and the solutions available. Provided me with options and costs. His above and beyond was recommending the seal strip to the door which was needed. Thank you

These guys are the best!!!! Not the cheapest but I am more then willing to pay a little extra for quality work. They stand behind their product 100%. If there is ever a need for a service call they respond either the same day or the next day. I highly recommend them.

Tim was very professional … a little sales pitch-ish .. But very specific/detailed as to the work needing to be done. I would recommend him to anyone.

Tim and Josh did a great job replacing my garage door opener on a very cold day. They worked quickly, cleaned up well, and spent time to show me how the new opener worked. Great crew!
