I had a spring break late on a Saturday before New Years and had a technician at my house within 2 hours to complete all the work. He did a thorough inspection of the door and had it repaired within an hour. I highly recommend Precision for all your overhead door needs!!!

Called on the morning of 12/28/17 to make appt for new garage door opener installed and I was shocked to hear they would be out in the afternoon. Received email with confirmation. When Jeremiah arrived he explained everything in detail and went directly to work. He stated it would take him about 1 hour, that was amazing he was correct. The technician arrived ahead of time after he cleared it with me. He evaluated the garage door and told me exactly what needed to be done and the estimated cost. He did the work efficiently, and he was very polite and respectful. I highly recommend Precision, and I rate them at 5 stars.

Called in for service at 7:15 a.m. and the tech (Jose) was at my house in approximately one hour. When I called for service I got to speak with a person immediately, not some machine that had me pushing buttons for ten minutes. Great tech, explained all options, replaced broken springs and a few other worn parts, adjusted door and door opener. Cleaned up when finished, you would never know he was here. Will certainly call Precision again if I have a garage door problem or when I’m ready for a new garage door. I highly recommend them.
