My repair guy was on time and repaired everything quickly and was honest and fair with pricing. He fixed the issue added new rollers and a seal garage door is like new again.

This is the second time we have used Precision. Both times I assumed I would need to buy a new garage door. Both times they arrived quickly to give us an estimate and both times they were able to fix the problem without having us purchase a new door. We will definitely be buying a new door in the near future but now we can save for it. Very honest and helpful company. It’s not just about selling an expensive garage door. I called Wednesday because my door wouldn’t work. Nick fixed it Thursday. He was very professional, efficient and pleasant. Love the new opener, the door operation is almost silent now. Highly recommend this company.
