I was searching Google for a company to fix my garage door issues, when I saw your commercial on Channel 4. The appointment was made a couple of hours later and the technician (Alan Harp) was even early. Although he gave me a lot of bad news, he was patient enough to allow me and my wife to discuss and decide on the proper course of action. When it was time to work, he attacked the job and was finished in no time. He even made sure to do a good clean up when he finished. I can’t thank Alan enough for his professionalism and patience, allowing us to gather ourselves as we had a major decision to make in a short period of time
