Tim arrived at the time he said he would and did a thorough inspection of the garage door opener system. He pointed out that the spring roller bar was original equipment (now 24 years old) and that while operational it was showing signs of wear and that the springs had already been adjusted to their maximum. He gave me an estimate to replace the roller bar and weight bearing hinges and explained the process completely. Tim was courteous, personable, and knowledgeable. I appreciate his workmanship and his thorough explanations.

I’ve been seeing your commercial on TV and was having the same problem as televised about the garage door not opening all the way so I called and made an appt. Very nice gentleman showed up on time and did a maintenance overhaul and everything seems to be working fine now. He said if there were any problems to give Precision Door a call back and they come out again… Fingers crossed this fixed my problem as my Door Opener is about 25 years old. Price was in the ballpark I was thinking it would be – very reasonable, glad I called them.

Chad, the technician, called to let us know he would be early. He examined the door and it’s mechanisms and provided an estimate of repair to include parts required. He then got to work immediately. Chad was totally professional and took the time to explain the features of the door’s operating systems and to cleanup the work site. He is exceptional. Tim did an outstanding job installing our new garage door opener and not only going over everything with us but also going the extra mile and programming both of our automobiles. In addition, he lubricated our garage door hinges and slightly did the same on the door springs. He is a truly nice guy who is very good at his job and making the entire experience a hassle-free good one for the customer.

Wow my old garage door wasn’t working properly. I called Precision at 8:00 AM and the technician was at my home at 10:30 AM. Diagnosed my problem, reviewed my options and 2 hours later I had a new garage door motor with accessories and my door now works like brand new. I highly recommend Precision!!!!!
