It was very easy to make an appointment with your office. One of the springs broke in my garage. I was given the time slot of between 2 PM and 6 PM. I got a text message from your technician which included my address and stated he would call me with an ETA. At 6:10 PM this evening I called your office and spoke to a lovely girl who said he was at your house and left you an estimate. No one came to my house.

I’ve used Precision Garage Doors before so I called them to do some preventive maintenance on my two doors. Rey replaced both bottom rubber strips (20 years old). I also had him do a check up on both doors which resulted in replacing some rollers. Rey was very friendly and helpful. He walked me through all of the improvements and the warranty. He also gave me the veteran’s discount. Very pleased.

Chad Martin was our technician and arrived promptly at 8AM Saturday morning,10-11-25. He was very pleasant, professional, and open to us communicating our concerns. He did not rush through or brush off our questions. Our garage door is 31 years old and needed some attention. He explained each process of him diagnosing the problem and presented our options. He was not pushy with the sales process but offered real solutions to our concerns and my wife’s many questions. We feel that the services Chad provided will benefit us for many years to come. My wife was exceptionally pleased with his patience with her questions and getting her WIFI set up on her iPhone and car. Thank you for such great service Chad.
