Our garage door opener pulley and garage door parted company very abruptly revealing a unbalanced garage door which crashed a few feet to the ground. I called first thing the following morning for service, and Precision was able to fit me in that same morning. They came out, diagnosed the problem, and made the repairs to get us back in operation. They also let us know that we’d need a new garage door in the near future, but were sensitive to our cash flow concerns. Very happy with the experience.
