I give my service from Precision a 5 Star service rating for an all around outstanding service! The Admin Assistant took my call and asked the right questions for all my information, then set up a same day service call. Technician Ryan was on time to meet me outside my garage where we both lifted the disabled door. He disassemble the springs, conducted an assessment and cost for repairs; then gave me options to choose to repair the door. I gave my approval with a packaged choice to repair the door; the repairs were performed, he showed a demonstration of the the door operating correctly and how to properly care for the door operation system. Finally, he presented me with the invoice charges for services rendered in which I paid using a credit card; he then explained that I was to receive three separate emails to include my receipt. Everything went as smooth as possible…Outstanding Job! Thank You!

Michael did a fantastic job by calling 1/2 hour before he got to the home and then explaining what was going on with the door. When I asked him about a new opener he explained in detail the benefits of a belt driven opener and the warantees. Very pleasant to work with this company and with Michael the technician.
