Ryan did a very good job on the service call. We agreed that the fundamental problem was with one remote which Ryan checked and verified that it was non functional. He checked out the rest of the door and the lift mechanism very thoroughly and treated with the lithium grease. He then programmed the new remote, verified its operation and explained the operation to me. Ryan was quick, efficient and very personable.
