can’t comment on the product yet (garage door opener) because i just got it installed. However, AJ, my tech was very helpful in helping me make some major decisions on certain avenues I needed to take. He also made sure I got all the discounts I was entitled to. Product was rather pricey I thought.

My garage door was not closing properly and the technician immediately discovered the problem and fixed it. I had some questions on the lubrication of the door as well as the operation of the door when the power is out and he took the time and carefully explained what to do. He was very courteous and competent and I would definitely recommend this company for any garage door issues.

I chose Precision because of their great reputation. My experience was great from beginning to end. I requested an appointment online and received a phone call to set up a time on the day i requested. Frank, the installer, called to confirm the time, and showed up exactly when he said he would. He was profession and polite. He did quality work, cleaned up after himself and gave me all the information and instructions that I needed. He even helped me program the “clicker” built into my car visor. Precision sells quality products at a fair price. I couldn’t be happier.
