Great service. Couldn’t fix my ancient garage door opener remotes. It seems that parts aren’t made anymore. No hard sell for new system. I will call Precision when I am ready for a new one.

Ryan came out and diagnosed the problem with the door very quickly. The install bolt heads had a ridge on them that was catching on the side of the rollers and causing a loud snap as the door was being raised. He replaced the bolts with rounded heads and the problem was gone. BTW, I called in the AM, got the visit by 2PM the same day and that’s pretty darn good response to a customer.
