Michael Gavandalli, the technician that performed the work on my door hardware, drive belt, and motor was awesome. He worked tirelessly in the heat of the closed garage. Everything on the door but the door and track was replaced. The motor, belt drive, wall switch were replaced. I even have an outside keypad which I’ve never had. Michael’s expertise and professionalism showed no bounds. I cannot believe how quiet the door and opener are. Through Home Advisor.com is how I got in contact with Precision. My Technician was Tim. AJ was with him. I scheduled a door tune-up and roller replacement for my garage door. I wasn’t expecting much improvement from the service – just regular maintenance. I was surprised that the door was very quiet after their service. My garage door has never been this quiet and I can’t think of any door being this quiet. I should have done this service a long time ago. Tim was very informative and made sure that I understood what he did for the tune-up service and made some recommendations. Highly recommended!

Had great service from Precision! Tim called right before he arrived and was fast and very helpful. He installed the new opener quickly and even programmed the opener in my car. Super happy with Precision and will definitely use them again if I need a garage door company!

I was given a two hour window, my technician arrived closer to the first hour which made me happy, he was polite and seemed very knowledgeable, he changed out my noisy rollers cleaned up after himself,took my payment and immediately emailed my receipt which included a suggestion of parts that will need to be replaced in the future, he was in and out and there was NO pressure.
