Our technician Michel was so nice and polite to me. He got out of the truck and introduced himself and told me he would do all he could to remedy our situation with the garage door. He took his time and checked out everything. He explained what as wrong and fixed. I especially appreciated how he showed me the proper way to use the silicone spray for the door. He was so pleasant to be around and he took great pride in doing a professional job. I will certainly call on your company again and highly recommend your company to my friends.

The technician was Frank. He was courteous and explained what he needed to do before he started the task. He smiled a lot and made me feel like he enjoyed doing the work.
