I had a broken spring so I called Precision because they replaced the springs in 2006 and I bought the life time warranty at that time. So this time they replaced the springs, drums and rolls at no cost to me. To completely upgrade my door I decided to replace the cables and end bearings with this repair job. Now, all parts are new and covered under the life time warranty. It feels good knowing that if I’m out of town and some goes wrong with the system, my wife can call Precision and there will be NO cost for any parts and labor. Tim and Michael were very professional and explained how the newer parts they were installing (at no cost) have improved in quality and performance since my last repair job.
