Awesome job by the installer Tim. The torsion spring broke on our garage and the chain for the opener snapped trapping our cars in the garage. Called Precision late that night and got an appt for the next morning. Tim walked me through all the options – no hard sell. Now I have 2 whisper quiet garage doors, battery backup, and outside pads. Tim showed up on the early end of the appt window and completed within the timeframe he quoted me. This is my first experience with this company and I would highly recommend.
