Tim was fantastic. Bottom line…. Our garage door didn’t work. Springs snapped, rollers were too loud, and fried the motor. Needed all new stuff. Tim gave us our options and did not pressure us. We chose the lifetime warranty packages. We are very happy with our purchase and installation.
