He pointed out what the problem was with my garage motor and went as far as to replace a worn part during this service call visit. Bill is a real asset to this company. So you got my vote to keep Bill around for as long as he wants to work for this company! The cost to repair the motor part and the quality of work received balanced out. Not to mention the one year warranty on the replaced part.
