The service was excellent. They honored their comment to come within 2 hours or the service charge was waived. Sean was very personable and professional. He took care of getting my door back functioning that same day. The repair was not completed. There was a delay in getting one of the parts. After having to wait 7 days for the correct part to be shipped Michelle in customer service contact me daily to keep me informed. Michelle was very nice and courteous. A Job well done.
