Called for service and first and foremost a live person answered the phone. I was given a service date of 13 July of which was on a Sunday and I asked will there be an additional charge for Sunday service and was told no.The tech called about a half hour prior to his arrival an did arrive on time. He assessed the repair need and quoted a price prior to performing any work.I had som additional work performed and now I fell confident that as far as the door operation it should work problem free. Thank you so much for being in business and any additional service or repair will be performed by your company.

Harold, your technician, was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and spent time explaining fully my options on the repairs needed. In doing the repairs, he was fast and efficient. I really liked the confirmation email with pictures of the technicians. It’s a great idea to get confirmation of appointment and also for safety purposes, to know what the technician looks like to avoid letting a stranger into my home. You all were able to fix my door on the same day that i called. Terrific service!

The service was great, the same day service couldn’t have been better! It would have been really bad to get stuck in the garage without being able to get the car out!
