We had the pleasure of working with Gil from Precision Garage Door. What originally we thought was just typical maintenance turned into a significant repair as Gil from Precision explained how Garage Doors work and why our Garage Door was making noise and so difficult to open manually. Rather than wait for the springs to break we opted to repair all parts of the system, including rollers, cables, and springs. Gil was Professional, Prompt, Fast and Courteous! Thank you for sending Gil to assist with our Garage Door.

Although a young technician he was thorough and concise. While doing an inspection of the door and hardware he noticed the cables starting to unravel and fray. He indicated that in the future this could be a problem possibly causing the door needing to be replaced. I told him to go ahead and replace the cables. The door opens and closes with no trouble now.
