My garage door opener was replaced with a new Lift Master unit. The technician was prompt and very professional. I contacted another company yesterday to repair my unit and they never showed up. They were suppose to arrive between 1-2 PM. I called at 3:15 PM and they said they would be here in an hour. Never arrived. I found your company on the internet and saw your policy of two hour arrival, that was enough for me to call first thing this morning. Thank you for your prompt and outstanding service. I placed a service call about 6:00 P.M. and with in two hours Bill Schultheis arrived. He was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. I cannot say enough about this man who realized our need and responded immediately. Precision Service is the only service I will use and strongly recommend to anyone, You cant go wrong.
