Service tech Harold did a very thorough job tuning up my garage door and replacing the rollers and the rubber strip at the bottom of the door. He also found a missing lag screw that supported the garage door opener. I was very pleased with the service. My only negative is that it took about 20 minutes to complete the computer entries prior to beginning the service.

Frank was very professional and handled himself very well. In the end I needed a new garage door opener and was only offered a brand that Precision Doors has and which I have never heard of before. I would have liked to have been offered other brands, pricing and recommendations.
