Installer very pleasant and explained everything before he left. Appt was for Saturday, but they had a cancellation and called me to see if I wanted a earlier appt. I did.

The installer called before coming, and arrived at the time that he had given me. He was courteous, knew exactly what need to be done, and performed the installation with skill. I am very satisfied with the product, the installation and the price. I would recommend this company to anyone needing garage door work done.

He went about his job right away explaining what was wrong and what he was doing to correct the situation. The cost was very reasonable as well. There was a type-o on the invoice, however, which was cleared up promptly the very next day. I am very satisfied with Precision’s service and would certainly use them again if necessary.
