Sean Smith was the tech on the job, and he showed up promptly and gave what I assume was good advice about our problem and the necessary repairs that were needed. He took care to clean and make sure everything was handled with care.

The service I received from Precision was exceptional. About two years ago, Precision replaced my garage door opener as well as my garage door springs, rollers and cables. I selected the Liftmaster Elite series garage door opener, the best model opener available then, and it was professionally installed. It runs quietly and smoothly. Even after two years of use, my garage door is still expertly balanced. Everything has worked perfectly since Precision’s installation. The reason I called Precision for service now was completely my fault, as I had erroneously cleared the brake points for the garage door while linking my car to the opener. It just seemed like a good time to have Precision routinely check out the garage door and opener. (I have a Precision lifetime warranty on the parts and labor for the garage door refurbishing they did.) Jeremy spent a lot of time and effort getting the opener working properly again. I highly recommend Precision to anyone needing garage door equipment or services.
