Sean was sent to our home to repair our garage door. After looking at the problem we decided to purchase a new system. At no time did I feel pressured into buying something I did not need. He gave us sound advice and managed to temporarily fix the problem until installation.

I had a burglar try to break in to the garage at my rental house. The door was badly damaged. I needed immediate help. I called them on Monday, they gave me a fair price, and the work was completed the next day. The garage door looks wonderful! I highly recommend this company. My garage door broke late afternoon on Saturday and I was not able to get anyone to fix it that day. Monday morning I saw the ad for Precision Overhead Garage Door Service in The Home Mag and called. The lady that answered my call was very nice and efficient. She set the appt and sent a confirming email with the name of the man coming to my aide The web site has pics of the repair technicians which is a great security feature. Tim called and was able to get to my door earlier than scheduled. He and his assistant were very nice and explained everything to me so that I was able to understand and make a decision on what to do. Even though I was locked in the garage for 2 days, I am glad I found Precision Overhead Garage Door Service.

Travis was very good at what he does. He had my door working quickly. The response of the company was very professional, impressive and prompt. I was very impressed when I asked about replacing the weather stip at the bottom of the door and he said absolutely and actually had the part on the truck. If ever needed I plan on using you again.
