Tim came out and did a great job.He ended up replacing the spring/drum/cable rollers and in about a 1/10th of the time I could have done it and he did it right. He spent a fair amount of time educating me and showing me the various options for repair. I would not hesitate to use this company again. Thanks for the great job. Travis our technician called Friday morning to say he would be at our house in 25 minutes and he was right on time. He introduced himself and immediately identified our broken spring and cable. He advised me on what would be best long term and the warranties that were offered. He was very experienced, knowledgeable and efficient. I appreciatd the promptness and the advanced call from the technician (I hate when a company holds me hostage all day). The technician was very professional and did not make a mess for me to clean up behind him. He showed and explained the different parts that needed to replaced (Garage door repair-springs, rims, and rollers). The work was done in a timely manner.
