Called around 5 PM to get garage door repaired as it was locked shut and I needed to go to work in the morning. when I called , I was greeted professionaly and a tech was to be at my house around 6 . Tim came and did an excellant job of not only fixing problem but he also explained the workings of new gear.

Your technician was great, personality, work ethic and appearance, also his knowledge of his job.Isaw your ad in Mint Mag and decided to have my garage door checked. My only complaint and this is not with your co only but instead of receiving work requested and given knowledge of possible further repair, I bombared with sales pitches for costly repairs. It is amazing to me that a garage door would need $600. in repair in only 9yrs

We had a single cable snap on our two car garage door with my work vehicle trapped inside the garage over the weekend. Not to mention I’m seven months pregnant and have a two year old. I was floored when I called Precision Sunday morning and they said they could send someone out that same afternoon. Frank came 30 minutes early and was courteous and professional. Frank clearly showed us our options and how the wear and tear on our 7 year old door would affect us in the near future. In the end, he was happy to simply replace the snapped cable, or carry out some preventative maintenance that would be covered by a 5 year warranty. Now we have a super quiet garage door with a 5 year warranty at a fair price. We are very happy with our decision and recommend Precision and the team to anyone who needs garage door repairs or maintenance.

i found precession on angies list. The door was stuck less than half way open on the morning of july 4th. They were at the house within 2 hrs. I run a property management company so i could not be at the home as it was a busy day. Tech called my 4 times to make sure i was in the loop. everything except the door was replaced due to age of door and previous repair work done. I am sure the price was good and i found it to be reasonable. Bill was sent to my email asap and the tenant was beyond happy about speed and efficiency. Tenant also commented on the quality of the technician and his work. We will be using this company again.

Frank was very knowledgeable and professional. Although I had thought I only needed new hinges and bolts, Frank explained that by replacing my springs I would prolong the life of my garage door opener. My door had been very heavy and hard to open manually. I did not know that by replacing springs I would be able to open the door with ease. Thanks Frank!!

Chris McBee, Our Service Technician, was very professional and polite in the sale and installation of our new Garage Door Opener. Chris should be recognized in the company of his peers for his professionalism. He knows the Products he sales and installs.

My technician was Tim. He was polite, profession and punctual. He explained everything to me about what needed to be done to replace my garage door opener and the springs on my door. The work was done today and was done well. While I feel that the prices are a little high, it was done promptly and well. $1100 seems high for this work, but it was done well and I am satisfied with the quality and professionalism. The only reason I am not giving them 5 stars is for the cost.

Good morning and thank you to frank. I am someone who strives to have great communication, loves teaching and talking passionately about my trait (known as customer service). When I find someone with those same qualities it is very refreshing. That was the experience I had with Frank this morning. 1 – he was 15 min early…how many service companies to do that…ever? I am such a chatty Cathy and frank was more than willing to talk about what he was doing and why he did it. Showed me some “experience” shortcuts to make the job easier. He talked about the risks and how to get longer and better performance. I asked of his past experience and he spoke of his travels around the US and how Precision is really making a name for itself. I do not know what brain washing is going on over there at Precision but keep up the great work. In Summary Frank was polite, professional and was more than willing to share his experience with me. A great technician!! I will continue to do business with Precision and recommend to anyone I speak with because of a single professional employee. All business starts from the ground up and hand shake…never forget that.

Great service and technician. Chris did not have the part on his truck so he went to meet another person who brought the correct part and Chris installed it very quickly and properly. I was very impressed that even though it is July 3 with a holiday coming, Chris rather than putting me off for a couple of days made the effort to go and get the part; great customer commitment.
