We had a very good experience with your company technician. Specifically our spring broke trapping our cars in the garage. We discovered this problem at approximately 6:30 pm. I had to be in St. Augustine early the next morning. Frank was able to get to my house by 8:30 pm and replaced the spring, drum, and rollers by 10 pm. He was courteous, informative, and professional. He did not charge me extra for making a service call after routine working hours. Very grateful! PS…I already have your garage door opener.

I was pleased with the same day service, this was unexpected but much appreciated. I was apprehensive because I was unsure of how bad the damage was and what type of quote I was looking at. Sean, the technician, arrived when he said he would and professionally walked me through his analysis of the damage and estimate for repairs. Precision is up to date with current technology making paperwork painless and eco-friendly. The work was done steadily and professionally. I called Precision at 2 pm in the afternoon on a Sunday and Sean had the door fixed with a complete repair by approximately 7pm.

Sean came out to fix a broken spring on my garage door and subsequently additional parts on the door that were worn down and/or damaged by the spring breaking.
