Our garage door became inoperative this morning. Upon returning from a doctors appointment late this Afternoon we noticed one of your trucks in our neighborhood and called the number given. I was pleasantly surprised to find that a service technician would call on me this evening. He called an hour later to tell me be was on the way. We decided on what we wanted repaired following the suggestions by our technician. Our springs, rollers, and pulleys were replaced with lifetime warranties. All was handled quickly and professionally.

I am very appreciative of Chris McBee’s work today. He clearly stated the problem, referenced a previous work order and the fact that I still had a warranty on one of the parts, and then efficiently took care of the problem. This is the kind of service that I look for. It is why I immediately sought out the company when I had a problem yesterday (because of the previous wonderful service) and why I will return to them.

Chris was extremely knowledgeable and worked well. It was extremely hot today, especially in the garage but he was very professional. The new door opener and nylon rollers are so smooth and quite. As a bit of a budget conscious DIY, Chris explained the difference between the retail rollers and professional grade. Lesson learned. The price was reasonable. I would recommend to anyone.

I have to say I am extremely impressed with your company. First of all the confirmation email you sent was outstanding. I wish every company that sends service people out would adopt your strategy. I knew exactly who was coming even what he looked like. Just awesome!! Tim was extremely professional and polite. He reviewed all my options and was very patient and knowledgeable. He fixed everything quickly and everything is working great. The whole process was carefree! Seriously, I wish all service firms I use could be like you all. The only thing I could say that was frustrating was the girl could not find my info when scheduling. I am a repeat customer. Thank God I found my old paperwork since my spring had a lifetime guarantee.

THE SERVICE MAN THAT CAME TO OUR HOME WAS FRIENDLY AND POLITE, EXPLAINED EXACTLY WHAT WAS NEEDED AND WHY….. WE KNEW WE HAD A BROKEN SPRING….HOWEVER WE HAD TO HAVE BOTH SPRINGS REPLACED AND THE ROLLERS…. EVEN THOUGH THE COST WAS MORE THAN WE ANTICIPATED INITIALLY, WE UNDERSTOOD THE NEED FOR HAVING BOTH SPRINGS REPLACED ALONG WITH THE ROLLERS. WE ARE HAPPY TO BE ABLE TO PARK OUR CAR IN THE GARAGE AGAIN. THANKS!
