The technician was punctual and provided a surprisingly reasonable estimate for a new garage door and opener and there were no additional ‘surprises’ added. I was very satisfied with the product and the service.

Frank called ahead and gave an ETA and showed up when he said he would. He explained what the issue was with my door sping and and gave me optioned on what I could do. The repair was done within the est. time Fran give. Frank noticed that the wheeles on the door were a little loose causing some noise and again gave me options on what I could do so I had them replaced within 20 minutes! Overall it was one of the better home owner contractor repairs I had done in a long time.

The technician called ahead when he would arrive. Upon arrival, he assessed the problem with the garage door and recommended courses of action. He completed he work efficiently checking the door and door opener to ensure all the parts operated smoothly. He explained all the work being done, showed me the old parts and described how they affected the doors operation. He recommended tips to maintaining the door and door opener that will help to extend its life.
