I was so impressed with the knowledge and time the rep took with me, I asked him to install the doors on the spot, which they were equipped to do. He was finished in no time at all, the doors are super quiet and he took pride in the product and patience with reviewing the operations. I have recommended Precision to all my friends! I saw your advertisement in the yellow pages and I felt you were a reputable company to deal with. Chris called me and arrived almost an hour earlier than expected which was good. He was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about his job. He explained to me the probable causes of my garage door part failure. After listening to him and evaluating what he had said I felt very comfortable with allowing him to do the work. The entire system is now better than new. He replaced all worn parts after explaining and showing me the various areas of the door that were worn and needed repair or replacement. He presented what I thought was the overall best deal which would produce long lasting results. The only part not replaced was the original Lift Master opener. In the event if every fails I will call your company to install a new one. I would also recommend your company to anyone who ask including my friends. Thanks – Fred
