I believe it was Brad who was my service technician. He fixed the problem in a minute, but told me that I needed an overhaul because my garage door was too heavy for the hardware on the door currently. I know he was right because it was a honey do install on the heavy door. I got a 5 year warranty with the overhaul, which sounds good to me because i was having problems every year.
