We have been absolutely delighted with every Precision experience we have had. When our garage door got stuck in the open position on a Saturday, we weren’t even sure who to call! But one call to Precision, and they sent Chris right over. He was on-site in less time than they told us he would be, and he was very thorough and professional. He explained the issue in terms that made sense, and had it fixed quickly. We were so happy that when a neighbor had trouble with their garage door, we recommended Precision (and Chris in particular) without hesitation. Chris was not only on time, but called to say he was running ahead of schedule. He was very friendly and explained the process and fees involved in repairing the springs. He worked quickly and had the job done in under 30 minutes. I am EXTREMELY pleased with the work he completed and would recommend him and the company to anyone with a need. My sister had the same service completed and paid over $500. My bill was only $356. Along with completing the spring replacement, Chris also took the time to lubricate all the hinges on the door and inspect for any other problems. Thank you Chris!! A+

Without a doubt Frank was like a well oiled machine, he not only knew what he was doing, it did it efficiently. Having to replace both springs originally, he advised that all 3 bearings should also be replaced, he gave me the consequences of not doing the repairs, but let the decesion be mine if I wanted him to proceed. Having full confidence his abilities and knowledge, I authorized teh needed additional repairs. Other then a quiet and fully functioning garage door, you would not have even known Frank had been here, the garage was cleaner then when he arrived. I have yur company’s name and would never hesitate to call on you again. Job well done!

We had a broken spring on a Friday night, so I called early Saturday. By 1:30 there was a repairman at my house. He was very professional and explained the problem and our options. We never felt pressured and he wasn’t trying to sell us things we didn’t need. I am very impressed with how the door functions now and feel reassured with the warranty. I would definitely recommend this company.
