Chad Martin came out to inspect my broken garage door. He was so professional and friendly. He took the time to answer all of my questions. He didn’t try to sell me on any additional parts that didn’t need replacement just yet. 5 star experience. I will definitely request him next time I need garage door service.

I wish that I could remember the young man’s name, but I can’t. I will say that he was on time, and very courteous. (My dog liked him so that’s a plus) he inspected the entire door system, told me what i needed to keep an eye out for and then replaced both springs on my garage door in about half the time he said it would take. I am very happy with the whole experience from the phone call to the van leaving my driveway it couldn’t have been better. PS. I hope you can figure out who he was, he deserves a raise.

Hayden did a great job replacing the springs. Door works great now. He was friendly and professional and made sure all the nuts and bolts were tight. I would highly recommend this company.

I called Precision at 10:30am this morning as my garage door opener, which was only 2 years old was not working. Dalton and Josh arrived at 12:30pm on the same day and were extremely helpful in reviewing the issues with my opener and providing several solutions with the pricing. They were very informative, and I did not feel they were pushing for a bigger sale. I ended up buying a new system and they provided me a discount for the part they were not able to replace in the old system to go against the purchase of a new one. They replaced worn parts on my garage door and with the new system, my door is virtually quiet when it opens and closes. They were both very pleasant and helpful during the installation and I felt very confident in the work that they were doing. They provided excellent customer service.

Riley serviced our garage door last year, this year was an entirely different issue, but must admit was somewhat skeptical… However, Riley is very knowledgeable, explained the new issue, is very professional, do rely on his experience.

The technician (Chad) was great. The associate in the office was not good. In spite of me spelling my street name (Carrara Court) 4 times, she sent the technician out with the address as Parrao Court.
