Nate was awesome. There was some problems connecting the unit to the internet and he stayed until everything was working correctly which required a phone call to genie. He also went above and beyond by servicing the garage door a little and letting me know about possible trouble issues down the road.

My garage door broke on a Sunday morning and I was stuck – who would be around on a Sunday? Precision answered the phone and had a repairman come out within a few hours. Kyle was professional and competent and fixed my door. I recommend this company.

the service man who came to us on Sat. was on time even a little earlier and he was very pleasant, did everything we ask and gave us info we ask for. We all should hope this young man should teach others all of his knowledge. Good Job!!

Tech was very personable and professional, quickly identifying the issue with my garage door not closing. The tech also, took the time to inspect the “brains” of the unit and showed me what he found. He did not push me to buy anything I did not want and quickly replaced both garage door sensors and performed multiple tests via all means to open close and that it identified objects in the doors path and reversed from closing to opening. Minor issue was the time window of 4 hours and the tech did not arrive or notify me of his delay.

Prompt, friendly, knowledgeable. I couldn’t be happier with the technician that came out to help us. First of all, I called and they came out the same day. The tech looked at the entire door and mechanism, not just what I called about. Rather than paying for the service call he recommended some other items that needed to be done and waived the service call fee. Work was done quickly but with enough care to walk me through all that was done and answer my questions on maintenance. He even helped me to program one of my cars that I was having trouble with. This wasn’t just good for a garage service company, this was one of the best experiences i’ve had with any type of company. A++. Ownership should be proud to have someone with that service level representing their brand.
