Noah was the Precision technician who came to my home at my request to assess the condition of my garage door. He was highly competent and professional going the extra mile to provide excellent customer service with the installation of a new motor, springs and other elements as part of a comprehensive replacement of those elements. He especially went out of his way to give me a very fair price and because of that fair approach, I purchased a new motor, springs etc. Noah is an exemplary employee who reflects so well on your company. Didn’t need much (reprogramming a remote) but done quickly, and educated me on how it’s done if needed again (sometimes occurs with battery change).

Very pleased with the service I received from Precision Garage Door Service of Jacksonville! I spoke directly with the manager when making my appointment today; she was very courteous and helpful, dispatching a technician immediately. The technician gave a courtesy call with his ETA. He arrived and promptly assessed the situation, giving a quote and explaining the work that was needed. When he encountered another unexpected issue, he gave all the pricing and product information so that I could make informed decisions, offering advice on what would be the best overall savings and investment in the long run. I ended up needing to replace not only the broken spring, but also worn cables, roller, and a shredded belt drive, all of which were in bad condition or inoperable. I was extremely satisfied with the work that was done, and my garage door is working better than ever now!! The tech was friendly, hard working, and did an excellent job!! He even gave tips on garage door maintenance that I did not know about and provided a bottle of the lubricant I would need for future maintenance. Thank you so much!! Ron was very professional, on time within parameters. He was in a company marked vehicle, and was very knowledgeable and explained what was wrong with my garage door.
