July 2025: Ron came to my house for a tune up for both garage doors. One garage door opener was 25 yrs old and had some electrical problems. He said it would only get worse and suggested replacing it. I agreed and he installed a new Genie motor, rail, two sensors (by the floor) and new wall button. Our garage door wasn’t responding correctly when using the remote from the car nor from our unit in the garage late in the afternoon, after hours. I read reviews online for multiple companies and decided to use Precision based on the many positive comments. Even though they were closed I received a response almost immediately informing me a technician would be at the house by 8pm. Colton arrived less than an hour after I left my message. My husband and I were impressed by the timely response and arrival of Colton. He is a very knowledgeable and professional technician who explained everything he was changing/updating in a manner I was able to understand. The Genie Safety Eyes needed to be replaced. I was also pleased by the cost, I was expecting a much higher bill. I would highly recommend Precision for all your garage door needs. Great business with great employees!

The installers did a great job! My garage door system needed a major upgrade, and they installed new parts that make the door almost silent when it opens: great job, talented installers, and nice/polite guys.

An excellent service on my garage door by Noah. He came on the short notice while other companies required 48 h for an appointment and fixed torque master mechanism that suddenly broke beyond repair.
