Technician Chad Martin very courteous and professional. Saturday April 20,2024 called at 7:30 am to say he’ll be here at 8:am to fix my garage door! Needless to say everything was shot after 41years, Chad explained everything to me, what needs to be done that he could do everything in two hours.. I had a new Genie motor installed today and additional parts that were needed as well for the garage door to operate correctly.My neighbor gave me the company name and number, and highly recommended them. From the personnel who answered my call, to the scheduling of the appointment, service and follow-up, all was perfect and impressive. Called for routine checkup and Mitchell conducted a very thorough review of our door and its functionality. Been a few years since we had it serviced, so wasn’t surprised that a few items needed attention. Mitchell replaced several hinges with cracks in them, and installed a few hinges where there weren’t any installed before. Also replaced the molding strip across the bottom of the door. Maintenance is not something to be ignored, so very glad we called for a review of our door, and VERY glad to interact with Mitchell – an outstanding service rep whom kept me informed of everything he did.

It was easy to get a same day appointment. My technician explained the problem and we tested it several times before he left. Very pleased!

Service was immediate, Tim explained everything that needed to be done and all required parts were already on the truck. In four hours it was all completed and I had completely rehabbed door fittings and new motor. Great job and 100% satisfied.

Prompt and professional! Had a tech by the name of Hayden Saari over a few hours after I called. Hayden was an expert of his craft, able to diagnose the issue and overcome some fairly substantial difficulties due to the construction of my garage door tracks as far as access goes. He had it up and running in no time, was extremely kind and professional, 10/10 would recommend Hayden specifically, very happy with the service and price.

Good job done by crew. Left two pieces of roller that was cut off laying on floor of garage. Also receipt showed only 90 day warranty when we were verbally told one year.
