I called yesterday to make an appointment for a new garage door opener. They could have sent a tech that day but I couldn’t do it until the next day. Jessica made the appt for 10 to 12 the next day. Dalton called and could come a little early so he arrived at 9:50. Dalton did a fabulous job of evaluating my current system and outlined exactly what I needed and had all costs laid out. I selected the opener I wanted and Dalton went to work. In only 2 hours I had a completely installed and operational new garage door opener! He had everything he needed for virtually replacing everything except the door itself on his truck. He updated all remotes, keypad, and programmed my car. It was actually amazing how efficiently and quickly this was all done. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone. Dalton was excellent and very knowledgeable about all aspects of his profession!!!

My garage door was installed approximately 20 years ago. One of the springs broke and the door could not be opened. I called Precision Door Service at 2 PM on Tuesday and 2 technicians arrived at 8 AM on Wednesday. In addition to repairing the broken spring, I was given advice regarding preventative maintenance on other components that were nearing their useful life (rollers, bearings and lift motor). I was able to make an informed decision regarding addressing these items now rather than later. All the parts necessary to do the additional work was in their truck, so an additional service call was not necessary.
