I felt compelled to write this review in order to acknowledge the Professionalism of the Technician (Tim). He identified the issue and offered a list of options in addressing the “Lift System” – zero pressure in choosing the multiple repair issues I needed to fix. He was Courteous and completed his work and & his workmanship was excellent.

I had some repair work done on my garage door 1 1/2 years ago. They technician was Dalton. Very polite, informative, and explained what my door would most likely need an the future. I decided it was time to repair my door, before it get worse and it still worked. I called Precision to schedule a appointment, they were courteous, pleasant and prompt.
