The chain on one of the pulley mechanisms got twisted and our garage door wouldn’t . close. This happened on a Sunday. We’ve used Precision Door in the past, so we called them, thinking that we’d have to leave a message and wait for a call back on Monday. Much to my surprise, a real person answered the phone and scheduled an appointment for the next day. They came earlier than scheduled and fixed the door quickly. The gentleman was extremely nice and made sure that everything was working well before leaving. The customer service , which many businesses fall short on lately, was great and the pricing was very reasonable. I recommend Precision Door for any of your garage door needs.

Called after purchasing a home, they had a tech out here in two days. That right there was impressive. I had two complete Genie belt drive units installed on the home. The technician that came by had two decades of experience and got an old unit down and two new units up and installed in about an hour. Even had to build the second door door opening framing. Quick work- I was impressed! Explained everything, would definitely recommend.
