I was already a customer of Precision. So when my garage door ring broke I called right away. I was very surprised that I was able to get service right away. I would recommend Precision to all my family and friends.

Tim arrived on time and completed the install of two openers, key pad, and explained the codes to us all within two hours. He was in a crisp uniform(at least at the start!) in and attractive truck. The openers were name brand and highly rated. Everything about Precision is first-rate. The belt drives are soooo quiet. You will not go wrong with Precision.

Great service by Reggie. I really appreciated all the information he shared on maintaining the garage door system so it will last for years. He’s definitely a true professional.

Called Wednesday night, call was answered immediately by very polite service center. Made appointment for next day. Technician arrived on time and called to let me know he was on his way. Very polite, knowledgeable and professional. Thank you all very much. Would recommend them to anyone!

Absolutely wonderful service from the time I called for an appointment until the technician left. Very impressive!

Garage door cable shredded and called to have it repaired. An hour after calling for an appointment the technician arrived. Needed a new garage door opener due to age and lack of available parts. The installation was done cleanly, professionally, and in a reasonable amount of time. Technician took the time to cover all aspects of the new opener. This is the second time I have used Precision and will continue in the future. I highly recommend them.

Precision has earned my loyalty as a customer. They respond quickly and their techs are friendly and professional. Everything was explained. I don’t stick with companies that disappoint me. Very confident in them.

Wes is EXTREMELY knowledgeable about garage doors! I called this morning and he came out the same day. Very friendly and thorough. I will be calling this company whenever I need help with my garage door.

My garage door was repaired same day I called. Very professional, friendly tech – would highly recommend this company. I have been a customer for years.

My wife dealt with the crew. She said “would definitely use Precison Doors again and recommend them”.
