My garage door broke on Sunday evening, so I reached for my paper mint for a quick turnaround. The young lady I spoke with was pleasant and very helpful she scheduled an appointment for me on Monday 6/26/23 between the hours 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm. The technician Reggie Davis arrived at my home at approx. 12:00 pm top of appointment hours and was professional and efficient. Please acknowledge Mr. Davis for the excellent service.

Hi..our garage door was randomly closing and then it wouldn’t close..so I called and your company kindly sent a Technician out to our house within a few hours..the garage door was door down when your Tech arrived..as it happened we had storms/power outages so the unit needed to be reset.. your Technician a is very friendly person and quite a talker..he reset and told a story..tried the door..didn’t like it..reset it..tried the door..told a story .talked some more etc etc .he was here for about an hour but actually worked for about 15 minutes to fix our problem ..in the long run he charged us $98..the $48 Service call of course but I just wasn’t sure what else the other $50 was for?…we did tip him $5 because he was such a nice person and paid him in cash..we have used your company before and have been very pleased…he was extremely nice and I think he thought he was just doing his job?.. wondering if this extra money is protocol..TY

Mr Jason from time of arrival until the he left our home was very professional and knowledge,able and information able. we felt that we learned some things about our garage door and how to maintain it for longevity thanks to Mr Jason.
