He confirmed my guess that my old, noisy opener was beyond repair, explained my options, and worked efficiently to make the replacement. He was a good conversationalist, and a good instructor. Family members have used Precision, but I never had to…until Friday when our garage door decided to stay down. I called at 8:45 am, and a repair pro was at my door at 11:30 am.
