In an era of being disappointed by vendor services I was pleasantly surprised with my experience with Precision Door Service. I called because one of my garage doors wasn’t closing properly. Again, I was expecting to be put on hold and eventually make an appointment to have someone come to our home later in the week. My call was taken promptly and a service technician came to our home the very same day. Frank the technician was friendly and it was apparent that he new his “stuff” when it came to garage doors. He had the door fixed and serviced, tightening all the connections, lubing the rollers, and making sure everything worked correctly in less than an hours time. I chose Precision Door Service of Jacksonville based on the numerous positive reviews (I liked the uniforms and trucks too) and I was not disappointed. After my first scheduled technician called to advise he would be arriving late due to a previous job, Precision immediately re-assigned the job to another technician, Jeremiah who responded well within the original time slot. Jeremiah was extremely polite, professional and courteous and figured out quite quickly what the problem was. Not only did Jeremiah replace the damaged part in a timely fashion, he totally serviced my opener and door so it works like a charm now. In addition, Jeremiah went out of his way to assist me in re-programming all my remotes, exterior keypad as well as my vehicle home link system. Thank you Jeremiah … you were awesome!! My only regret was that I did not have the opportunity to utilize the coupon on their website which I was told I would. I will highly recommend Precision Door Service to all my family, friends and neighbors when and if they require any garage door service. Thank you!!
