Jason was a great tech. Friendly, attentive, quick work and good work. My only disappointment is that I was required to produce life-time warranty paperwork on my motor from 12 years ago. It would be nice if the company maintained their customers’ warranty information rather than requiring the customer to produce paperwork 12 years later to be able to claim the warranty.
