I called because my garage door was very noisy while opening/closing. Chad arrived early, explained the mechanics of the garage door and gave me options on what could be done. The source of the noise was the chain on the garage door and the springs. He changed out the garage door opener and springs, added an outdoor keypad then explained how everything worked. Service was great. Bill (Technician) was very nice and knowledgeable. Replaced springs, rollers, cables, and drums in about 1 1/2 hours. A bit pricey but received lifetime warranty so peace of mind was worth it. Highly recommend this company for garaged door service.

upon opening the garage door today,i discovered it was broken i knew the company we normally use was close on the weekend so idid a google search and found precision door and was scheduled an appointment between 6-8,well chad called me and said he could come right away,great!!! well he informed me the spring was broken and also the bearings needed to be replace he informed me of everything gave me my options,he did the work and made sure i was happy in every way he even set the opener in my new car for me,i am so happy i made that call to precision garage doors and didn’t have to wait until monday!

First: the appointment was made quickly and according to MY time schedule; Second: I was told the name of my technician and was sent a picture of him, (as well as the other techs); Lastly: Harold, the tech, was very professional, cordial and skilled at what he needed to do. Harold explained fully what had caused our problem and what he was going to do to repair it. I am very pleased with the company and not only will we use them in the future, but will recommend them to our friends.
