Great, awesome service from Precision. The tech (Tim) is on time and even offered earlier time than was scheduled, great! Bought lifetime limited warranty for fixing broken spring and more. I will definitely be back with Precision if needs risen in the future.

Originally saw an advertisement on the side of a work van, and when looking through the Money Pages came across an ad for same day repair and a couple of coupons. I called for an appointment, a technician was on site within hours, and a replacement garage door opener was installed. I would recommend Precision based on excellent customer service, speed, and quality of product.

I called at 8 AM and was setup with a 12 PM appointment on the same day (prompt service)to have new rollers installed and a general tune up. I don’t usually give ‘shoutouts” but technician HAROLD WILLIAMS did an awesome job servicing my noisy garage door. He advised me without hesitation that the bottom seal that was recently installed by another company wasn’t the best it could be. I decided to have the repair done (correctly) per his observation and it was an immediate improvement. It was refreshing to deal with an honest and professional company.

I was very pleased with the service I received. Frank came out as planned, tested my garage door opener and explained everything to me. I decided to replace my eight year-old opener. He was able to install it on the spot, having all the new parts on the truck. He took all the old equipment away. Frank explained the operation of the new opener, and remotes and we are very pleased overall. I would recommend Precision to anyone who needs garage door service.

Justin was very helpful, friendly and courteous. He was very personable as well and took care to explain to me what he was doing to service our door. He even noticed 2 loose bolts that we had not noticed before. We appreciate his thoroughness and thoughtfulness! Keep up the good work!
