I called Precision after my old wood garage door (in a newly purchased home) collapsed – wheels flew out of the track and it was about to fall on my car – it would not go up or down. The only reason I called Precision was because there was a sticker from them on the garage door. Well…. Let me tell you. It was the best experience! They came right out, freed my car and secured the garage by lowering the door. They ordered a new door and opener and had it installed in 3 days. The guys that came to the house where personable and professional. They even cleaned up my garage after installation. And programmed my opener to sync with my car (something that might have taken me hours). I would highly recommend them for garage door repair or installation.

Our repair tech Frank was a nice guy and did a great job. The door opens quieter now than it did when the house was new. He explained the problems that we had and kept me updated about how much repairs would cost. We were pleased that our call was answered at 8:30 am on a Monday and that the repair tech was here by 10am. Our garage door was stuck in the down position so it was kind of an emergency. We also were impressed that we were given the name and a picture of the tech in a confirmation e-mail prior to his arrival. Your company is obviously very well managed and we will be spreading the word to our neighbors. Five Stars!!!

Did a great job installing my new garage door. Was promptly on time for the appointment, very knowledgeable about the product and how best to install it on my specific garage.
